Sing For Water Portsmouth 2011

The Porters Garden, Historic Dockyard on Sunday 11th Sept 2pm
Come along and support water aid at this free event! Listen to the choir perform the 7 songs they've learnt in 8 weeks! Bring your pennies too as we'll be raising money on the day itself for water aid.
Performance starts at 2pm!
This is the second year we've held an event in Portsmouth.
We raised over £500 last year, let's beat that in 2011!

SEE THE LINK AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE FOR MORE INFO!

Performances

We've had lots of fun so far this summer, performing at
The Daisy Chain event on Albert Rd in May,
The Porter's Garden birthday party on the 19th June,
and taking part in the open weekend for the new Southsea Library on Sunday 31st July.

Looking ahead....

ALBERT ROAD XMAS LIGHTS Saturday 3rd Dec time TBC, at The Lighthouse, Salvation Army centre, Albert Road. Choir taking part in event.
Xmas concert planned for Sunday 4th December 2.30pm at Trinity Methodist. Chance for sing-a-long with the Pompey Pluckers! Raising money for the church building fund plus a local charity.

If you'd like Singing Together to take part in your community event, please contact Janet on 02392 811802. We do not charge for performances, but would like some refreshment (tea and cake always good). If you'd like to make a donation to Water Aid, that would be good too! Performances mainly in the summer months and, ideally, we don't travel too far out of Portsmouth. We want our choir's carbon footprint to be low! There are other Natural Voice Choirs further a field who may be nearer to you! Please do enquire
